Hi All,

Long time lurker, I've been trying to get into a CLA 45 AMG but I am picky with the options. I found one pre-owned that has most of what I want, but I really do not like the base seats. I want to swap in the AMG performance seats. Has anyone done this, is it plug and play? It only has heated seats, so I'm hoping it's a simple bolt and plug in solution and everything will work like OEM. Anyone done this? Where is the best place to buy seats? I saw some on eBay, but would prefer to just buy a new set from a vendor or MB if they sell them. Appreciate any help, I tried to search but did not see anything. It's a 2022 if that matters.

Make sure you sit in them and like them first. I like mine but they're not everybody's cup of tea... nor does everybody fit in them properly.

Also looking to do this swap. Do you know if the previous generation Recaro AMG performance seats from 117 generation will work in the c118?

For 6200 USD I’d def do the swap. I’d loved the recaros in my CLA! Wanted them in my GLC AMG and looked forever but couldn’t find them.
