Gains in the 20 to 50 of free Power with our FMIC Kit. The stock unit heat soaks tremendously causing the ECU to pull timing and add fuel. Get back that HP Loss and more!
What's up with the terrible torque dip from 2.5-3.2k rpms? Can that be fixed with a tune?
Glad to see this upgrade makes power, I always thought the stock intercooler looked pretty small.
This was a bone stock car with stock FMIC and out FMIC, could be how the DCT engages the torque to the wheels, I don't believe I see it as drastic on tuned vehicles, piggybacks may not change the dynamic as much. And yes the stock FMIC is anemic at best, heat soaking above 4.5K and even more on the second run. Our FMIC sees huge gains over the stock from 1st run to any run since it's actually doing its job
