Kinda new and having issues already with my cla-250.
I need some help.
My 2014 CLA-250 recently shut down while I was driving and messages popped up saying inoperable see owners manual than Pre safe function limited came on. Was scary and glad no kids were in the car. Took it to dealer and they can’t duplicate the problem and say the car is fine. My question is, can’t they pull up the history of error messages? I took photos to prove to them.

Yes it’s has an extended warranty. Actually got the car back from Mercedes and they said they updated the computer on it. On the work order shows mechanic found check engine light but it never had a check engine light when I had the problem. I tried giving them the photos but they didn’t want them.
