Flashing Lights on Dash

Flashing Lights on Dash
Hey,
I’ve got a 17 CLA250 with about 170km, and I noticed the lights on the dash would start to flicker on and off for some odd reason.
I just purchased the car and noticed the windshield fluid wasn’t coming out so I took a look at the setup and noticed the sensor was completely off and was wrapped with electrical tape with a fuse inside (I’m guessing to avoid the fluid washer sensor coming off). Turns out the valve was clogged, so I cleaned it and reconnected everything back including the sensor. Right after I did this, I began to notice the flickering lights on the dash.
Wondering if anyone had similar problems?
