CLA 250 2018 Parking Pilot not working properly

C Class estate 2012, CLA 250 wagon 2018
CLA 250 2018 Parking Pilot not working properly
Hi Guys.
My Parking Assist is not performing as it should.
Blue P works perfect
White triangle indicator only appears sporadically
Appears for no reason then quickly disappears
The few times I have caught it car steers in one direction only, it continues backing into kerb
Is there a method I don't know about or is the system just rubbish?
