Generally speaking, Mercedes has become synonymous with comfort and luxury over the years.
Having said that, if some C118 (and W177) models could do a little better in terms of comfort, that would be the air conditioning department; the rear passenger seats have no direct AC outlet, which may be somewhat inconvenient.
We either have to turn up AC, which will be too cold on the front seats, or make it comfortable for the front seats and not cool enough in the back.
There are two main parts in the set, one air outlet panel and the air duct, all genuine so no problem there, and the technician I got working on it knows Mercedes very well, even with closed eyes.
The installation itself is pretty straightforward, so there’s not much to show, but it will take a few hours, due to some tedious bits.

All in all, if you’re ready to lose the rear storage box and gain 2 more outlets, I don’t see any reason not to do it. Here's what you can expect from the installation:
