Assyst Plus Service is wrong.

Also, the oil level is now on the minimum after the oil change, which they say will level out once its settled. It hasnt yet!

Car went back in for a 'powertrain update'. Got the car there for 8.10am and as is normal for dealerships, the car didn't move until 2.00pm. 4.30pm I am calling asking if I need to start the journey across to them, yes it's fixed. Travel over only to find it is now showing Service A1 due in 365 days. (A service done 11 days earlier) Initially told they can't fix it and it will always be out of sync. Not happy with that as was obvious BS and just trying to get rid of me. Car left there overnight.
Collected next day, now showing Service B1 due in 353 days which is back in sync with the A service. Not sure why it's now saying B1 rather than B but it did have a software update. Everything on the Mercedes Me Portal and app are showing correct including the Roadside Assistance which was showing Service overdue.
Hoping this is all resolved and I don't have an issue next year when serviced.
Overall, not a great experience, three visits for what is essentially just an oil and filter change for a car less than a year old with 5,600 miles.
