A Class Satnav disk location?
Hi
Can somebody tell me where I can locate the satnav disk in an A Class 250 sport?
I want to know if I remove it can I use it in my 2003 E55 W211 AMG with satnav.

My disk was supplied in the glovebox, same as the other MB's with satnav.
I did ask the dealer if I could plug it into the ML to update the maps. I was advised it will not read in anything other than an A-class, as they come with other coded information. apparently this is a common question from customers with multiple Merc's, and they have tried it before with total failure.

Hi, above statement is only true to sum extent, if the MB has Becker pre wiring they are totally interchangable, i use my dads from his 2013 (13 reg) c250 in my 2014 (64 reg) a180, both are becker pre wired.
i will however state that this unit can be pin locked to a specfic car i.e. if my dad decides to pin lock it to his i could not use it in mine.
