How to turn off front camera on red lights?

How to turn off front camera on red lights?
The front camera turns on every time I sit at a red light. I find this very distracting since I like to look at the map of where I am going during red lights. How do I turn this off?
In one of the other threads someone mentioned that I could turn this off in Settings > Traffic Lights assistance. However, in my settings > Traffic Lights assistance, there are only 2 adjustable settings
1. Speed limit adoption
2. Chime on crossing speed limit
There is no setting to turn off camera on red lights. Anyone know of any other ways to turn it off?
