2016 A Class oil sensor calibration

Hi from Scotland!

I have a 2016 A Class which I love, but has caused me one problem after another since I got it in 2019. I have this warning on my dash. I took it to my regular garage who ran a full diagnostic - no faults whatsoever, oil level and pressure fine and car running normal otherwise. They suspected a faulty oil switch sensor, so replaced this with a genuine Mercedes part. Surprisingly - warning still showing on the dash!

I was then advised to take it to a different garage with a more enhanced diagnostic system who have again checked it over and said they can’t find any faults, suspecting the original issue was a faulty oil sensor, which has been replaced but now needs calibrated.

I have the car booked in with a Mercedes specialist to have them look at it, but when I mentioned calibrating the oil sensor they didn’t seem to have came across this problem before.

anyone had the same issue? What was the outcome?
