Delay for 2019 A Class
I purchased a 2019 MB A Class on 1/23/19 from MB New Country in Hartford, Ct with an expected production date of 5/3/19. My salesman informed me that it was produced on 5/31/19 but the ETA is delayed because of a "parts problem". He can not received an ETA date from MB. Has anyone had a similar problem or an educated guess as to when the ETA will occur? Is there anyone at BM who I could contact for more information? I did contact MB Customer Service but they have no information. Any help or comments will be greatly appreciated. Joe

I received my Class A MB yesterday. It is a great car. The SA was great. My original order was not delivered to the dealer yet. My SA was able to procure one from another dealer. The dealership and my SSA were great. MB was not. The communication from MB was not what I expected and although it couldn't control production problems it could have improved its communications. This is sure to affect the brand. Joe
