US rear head restraints
Noticed all of the US A-class sedans appear to have their outboard rear head restraints permanently fixed in the highest setting. Have y’all found a way to lower them?

You're not an idiot, in this hyper automated information age it's frowned upon sometimes not to always "Google" it, but you lose human interaction. If you want to be a real purist then technically the internet is a broader and more refined method of getting information than talking to a person (in 99.whatever %).
I was abroad in a sophisticated city and a man approached me asking directions to a nearby street. I could have been snarky and said "that's why SmartPhones are for.." or something similar but I took the time to help him and in the process got to learn something as well besides feeling good about assisting, he was quite happy..
