Tested A250e recuperation levels, there is a big difference between levels (5 levels) how car decelerates.
Note that last under 10km/h (6mph) speed drivers must use real breaks to do a complete stop, so it does not fully support one-pedal-drive like full-electric cars.
1/ in confort mode, battery at zero, petrol engine running, did you noticed some vibrations due to cylinder désactivation ?
2/ do you have any solution to launch the charge at a specific hour ? In France electricity is cheaper from 22:30 ‘til 6:30.
3/ is it possible to use phone A in Bluetooth to send music and at the same time running CarPlay (usb) with phone B ? Is it possible to modulate the sound level of each phone ?

Thx for your feedback !
1) It goes very smoothly between petrol and electric even battery is empty, have not noticed anything special, also engine sound is very silent when it runs.
2) currently only way is to use some external timer in the socket, but be carefull not to overheat timer switch. Current app version supports only time based preheat/cooling.
3) I did not buy AppleCarPlay, so only using Bluetooth for streaming music in to audio system. Sound level can be adjusted via phone and/or audio system (steering wheel buttons/audio system).
For the moment I only use it in electric mode. Only once I have used the petrol yet and it was a little bit weird. I will check again.
That's really a pity for the charging time. I have contact the MB team on Facebook about this, they said the will report to the team in charge of MBUX.
About Carplay they said that the application is developed by a subcontractor so it's still not possible to get the wifi link.
How are you able to get 73km range ? What is your typical journey ?
On my side driving only electric mode in Paris traffic jam allow me to have 50km range. But my average speed is 13km/h

I mainly drive 80km/h roads and sub-urban area.
It will be interesting to see when real winter season starts -10c...-20c outside temp that how it affects on electric range if now on these +14c it shows 73km.
Here are my consumptions numbers after 6,5months usage:
You have the perfect journey for this type of car.
On my side after 400km :
Average speed : 14km/h
Fuel : 0L/100km
Electric : 29,6kWh
This will change a bit when I will take the car for week-end.
Nice results, this will be interesting to hear and see what kind of long time consumption results users will be getting on different weather conditions and driving style.
Hello,
After a 200km round trip here is my consumption knowing that I a left home with 100% battery but it was impossible to recharge where I was.
On the return trip at departure the battery left was 8km but after 5km it has turned to zéro. Nevertheless at the end of the trip it has pretend that I have driven 19km on "electric". I'm not really sure because the petrol engine was almost on all the time after the 5 first km. I remember some gliding phase but not that much because the ride was mainly on flat roads (not a lot of hill and downhill). I think that "electric" doesn't mean that your are full electric but that you are using electric + petrol.
The whole round trip has been done on Confort mode.
Before that the car was only riding on EL mode and the autonomy was 48-50km. After this trip it has consider 68km at 100%. But this is linked to the electric consumption which has been done on the last miles.

From departure :
Return trip
Very promising results, especially the return trip as it was driven with empty battery in pure hybrid mode without external charge and result 5,1L/100km.
Also we can see that charging helps a lot if trip can be started with full 100% charge.
Very good test, thanks for sharing us these results!
Yes the results are over my expectations. Even with the small petrol tank of the car I think it's possible to reach 500km with full battery at departure.
Tested A250e plugin hybrid charging speed, now got 7,7kW power and car showed 7,5kW power.
Never seen such 7,5kW high speed earlier when using public chargers on this car for 2 years.
Now driven 2 years with A250e plugin hybrid, Service B was just done.
Average consumption all-time 0,1L/100km (=2352 mpg).
Winter temp +2…-25C, so cold weather some 6months. Short video after service visit:
Still getting 79km electric range after 2,5 years of driving.
I drive this A250e all around the year full electric (even on -14C winter) and always 100% charge.
Seem no battery degradation, getting still same electric range than when car was brand new.
Correct and good point, that’s why gross battery is 15.6Kwh and useful is around 10.7kwh, this means there’s ample power reserve to assist the ICE even when battery has “zero” km range. Great videos and postings BTW Tonde
Yes, A250e will keep always 1-2% charge and will be still able to use electric boost even electric range is 0km and electric mode cannot be selected in driving menu. This is visible ex. when leaving stop lights, car can be driven some ten meters pure electric even range is 0km and electric mode is disabled in the menu.
