Can't register with Mercedes me

I see you are in Italy as far as I can see, so I believe Mercedes me is available there. The services have to be activated by a dealership, because it requires proof of ownership. If you bought the car from a dealership, they should have done this when you took delivery. However, if you bought it from somewhere else then you have to go to a dealership and talk to the tech person there to transfer the services to your account. They'll need to see proof that you are the registered owner of the car.
