I can't figure out if I made some accidental combination on the key or it's suddenly start happening - I will describe it as best as possible

I walk up to car and press unlock on key i hear lock/open mechanism doing it's thing for all doors and all four "hazard" lights blinks. Upon opening driver-door, sometimes a another lock/open mechanism is activated - It sounds like another unlock mechanism happening and all four hazard lights blinks again.
And no, driver-door only mode is not activated.
It's not a huge deal-breaker, just wondering what happened.
