Regarding; A180d 2020 premium plus 2 (W177) driver screen flickering

Don’t seem to see anyone else with this issue where the drivers screen / speedometer screen flickers after driving for maybe 30mins or so.

Does anyone know what the problem is and could I fix with without paying an arm and leg through Mercedes?
