Hello! I am currently beginning the process of swapping transmission in my w124 estate with an M104. I bought a project wagon a while back and haven’t touched the car much. im beginning the project of putting a 6 speed transmission from a c230 into my wagon. i already have clutch, flywheel, pressure plates, clutch petal.



which car would a driveshaft bolt up from?



Would i need to reprogram my ECU? If so who or where could that be done?



How do i get my speedometer to talk to the car?



i’ve heard that i may need different engine mounts. if so, what’s the part number that way i can buy those?



anything else that would be some good tips?
