Is the part number of your brake the same as Brembo?
What is the difference? or they are the same thing with Renntech mark?

I am almost positive that they are the same as Brembos (Brembo is casted into the caliper).
Renntech's part numbers are:
42 208 10 90 Front
42 208 20 90 Rear
I think the only difference is the Renntech badge on it.

If Jdoggery and Ben'z wanna coordinate together and buy the set then I think I can work something out.
I realize that the Godfather bought brembo stamped rears for $1200 and the fronts were being sold for $1700.
Again, you are paying for the Renntech name, and I realize that some people might not even like Renntech, but some people pay extra for that name.
The break out I would do would be $2000 for the front and $1500 for the rear.
If the brakes are bought as a kit I will lower the price to $3250, but only to one buyer.
If you want this Ben, I would suggest buying my kit and getting Jdogg to buy the fronts off you. Or visa versa, Jdogg buys the kit and then sells Ben the rears.
Keep in mind that these calipers are silver w the Renntech badge on them. The badge is completely removeable. I think its glued on.

Will these work on a stock w210 with original stock 18in AMG wheel? How difficult would it be to have someone put them on? A lot of money for that?
