I know for a fact that they will bolt up to the car. And I am almost sure that the e55 AMG wheels provide enough clearance for the BBK. At worst case scenario, a 5mm spacer could be used, but I doubt that you will need it. Regarding the cost to install it, it's just a 3-4 hours to do. You have to take off the wheels, remove the caliper, then remove the brake caliper carrier, then undo the brake lines. Bolt on the adapter bracket, then bolt the caliper to the bracket. Install the lines from the brake metal tube and screw in the brake line into the caliper. Repeat on all four corners, and bleed brakes, and put the wheel back on. It's a 4-5 beer job.
