****Supercharged Orient Blue BMW 323i Show Car - AC Schnitzer 3****

I figure post this here and see if anyone is interested. I'm an active member over on E46fanatics.com but I also own a brand new E350

Here is my pride and joy for the past 5 years. The car has been pampered since it rolled off the BMW showroom floor. Always stored in the garage and never driven in the snow. This is not my daily driver. Only driven on the weekends. I have spent over $40K on modifications and countless hours on this car to make it what it is today. Truly one of a kind BMW in the world.

When it comes to my car, I am very, very **** about it. Everything is kept in mint condition from top to bottom at all times. It even has a car cover over it when its inside the garage! The car looks and feels brand new. The car runs 100% flawless just like BMW made it but with a lot more power. Horsepower should be estimated to be around 280-300 with 250tq with all of my combined modifications. The handling and performance of this car is nothing short of being amazing. I drove a stock 330 manual last week and it can't even compare. (sorry guys )

The Interior:

Basically looks like a brand new BMW. No rips, no flaws, no stains and its kept 100% clean. The leather looks and feels brand new. It also has the M3 nappa leather seats

The Exterior:

Mint, flawless. Smooth as glass. The car gets a coat of wax almost every other weekend. Zero dents or dings. Very minor chips here and there from normal driving. Otherwise it looks probrably better than even a showroom new bmw. Even the engine compartment looks clean enough to eat off of. Like i said, the car is kept in show winning condition all the time.

Preventative maintanance work recently performed include:

New waterpump
New coolant expansion tank
New thermostat
New belts
New belt tensioners
New cabin filter
New battery
New alternator
New spark plugs
New gas filter
New gas cap
New oem clutch/flywheel (done at 32K under warranty)
BMW coolant flush (performed yearly)
Amsoil oil change w. oem filter (performed at EVERY 3K miles)
Redline transmission oil change (performed yearly)
ATE Super blue brake fluid flush (performed yearly)

None of the mechanical parts needed to be changed with such a low mileage car but I did it just incase. My original plan was to keep this as my weekend baby forever but other priorities have taken over and it would be a wise financial decision to let her go. It has won numerous trophies over the past two years in car shows that it entered including Bimmerfest East events. It was featured in Performance BMW magazine back in August of 2004 as well. The amount of effort and work put into this car can't even be put into words. Always pampered, never in an accident, abused, raced or tracked.

Heres some more details about the car:

I am not desperate to sell this car. I love the thing but I am only willing to sell it for the right price and the right owner. This is not for your average BMW owner but this isn't your average BMW either. This is perfect for someone who wants to have a completely built E46 without all the work involved. I've spent 34K for the car new and close to 50K in modifications and labor

Asking price for the car as is: $25,500 firm

I'm willing to work with the buyer but please do not waste my time and insult me with low ball offers. For everything your getting with the car, this price is a steal. I could easily part the car and recover more money but I'd hate to see such a beautiful car get taken apart.

I will also include a small referral bonus of $300 if you could help me find a buyer and the transaction goes through

Serious buyers only!

Please email at schnitzer25i@yahoo.com

Thanks for reading

Alan

Whats up Benzoboi!

I'm sure you heard about how **** I am about keeping my car clean during shows They all crack on me about that.

As for the other questions....

I never tracked the car or even dyno'ed it. I don't trust any shops around here with my car so I never got it done. Technikpower.com is the US distributor for ASA superchargers and they are based out in Cali. They estimate I should be in that power range because of the cams.

As for it being 48K of hard miles....not this baby. You can tell with just one look at the car. You simply cannot have a car that is show quality and yet drive it like you stole it all the time. At the time when I use to compete in car shows here it wasn't the most modified Bmw at the venue but arguably the cleanest for sure. Thats where i scored higher than alot of cars in my catagory. Alot of my mileage was from driving to and from car shows on the east coast. (car masked off with painters tape of course )

benzoxtc - you have mail.

Alan, very nice. I'm curious how you arrive at a value, having invested so much into it. There aren't any comparables to go on.

^^ Thanks man. Your CLK is def. one of the cleanest out there

As for the price. I'm just being realistic. There is no way I would even come close to getting back what I've put into this car. I would end up selling it as a 50K car and I don't see that happening. You pay to play and thats what I did. The day I started modding this thing I never had the intention of selling it. ever... I was to keep it as my weekend toy but now things are a bit different and realistically I can't keep another car. Its just not a wise decision for me and if i priced the car too high, it would probrably remain for sale for a long time and the value of the car isn't going any higher. I priced the car to move it and it looks like I might have accomplished that with all the emails that I've been receiving. I could part the car and recover more money from the mods but its honestly heartbreaking for me to do such a thing. Its hard enough just thinking about selling it.

Alan
