Ladies and gents,

Time for me to say good bye to my ride, going for a lower-level SUV (1999 ML or Lexus RX). If interested and want to also trade in one of those let me know. Otherwise asking $37,900 after consulting with some other board members, looking at what these seem to go for etc. The car has been babied (all dealer records available), washed weekly and waxed monthly, always garaged during the winter. - trunk lid spoiler (AMG style) molded onto the trunk (not stuck on with tape)
- 20% all around tint with lifetime waranty
- CL-style grille (in silver, blends really well with the car)
- flat hood emblem
- AMG aluminum pedals
- power everything, alarm, all the extras that come with the E500 model
- SBC braking system (adjusts depending on your driving style)
- regular and all-season mats (both Mercedes and in ash - the color of the interior)
- 63K miles

Is that an AMG sport bumper in the front or regular one? (w/o the lip?)

It's the stock bumper with the Carlsson kit moulded onto it. Same with the back.

do you have a replica rear carlsson bumper?? the bumper looks off but over its a clean car

Yes, the bumpers are replica but I think the shop did a good job molding it. What do you mean "it's off", like not installed correctly or out of proportion with the car?

be being off i meant that if you look at the 3rd pic........the middle portion of the bumper its benging upward where its suppose to be straight......i don't have any pics to show you to compare but thats what i meant.......

I see what you mean. The original one is straight but this is how the one I have on came, I guess it was the "replicator's rendition" of the Carlsson kit

The bonnet looks out of alignment in pic #5. Has this vehicle been crashed or is the bonnet just not properly latched?

That's actually a clip for the left light that broke when they installed the front bumper (and I didn't notice until now) so the light is tilted backwards a little bit, hence the gap. I just saw it too and had the shop order a new part. Hopefully it'll be installed in a week or so.

The hood is fine, I'll have them check the bumper as well to make sure it's all properly aligned (although I think it is)

I even am pretty sure I know where you took those pics... either at the car wash by chambers motorcars... or by the car wash in Everett...

55Fanatic, you are right - it is the car wash by the Chamber Motorcars in Somerville, you have a good eye. Are you saying you are interested and you have a trade? CAn you please tell me where you got the carlsson replica kit? I"m interested in getting it for my w211 (pewter as well!). Also where did you get those exhaust tips? IT all looks nice!
