Yes, they are still available.
I'm not sure if they'll fit a 2000 S430 though. Why don't you check around and so will I. I'm leaving for a short vacation tonight and won't be back until Wednesday. Let's touch base again then. Hopefully, you'll have found out if they fit or not by then. All of the specs for the wheels are as follows:
19X8.5 front with 2" lip
19X9.5 rear with 3" lip
5-112 bolt pattern
38 offset
67.1 mm center bore
The tires are no longer part of the package. They have been dismounted. The price of the wheels are 750.00 plus shipping in the original boxes.

Yes,
The tires are gone. If they don't clear the brakes normally, I bet they would with spacers. And just guess who happens to have a set of spacers he'll throw in to sweeten the deal?

You know... the more I look at these... the more they look like the new AMG E63 wheels. Kinda sorta... Charcoal centers would looks sweet....
