I've decided to give some lucky buyer the chance of a lifetime to purchase this great car at an unbeatable price. If no one jumps on this reduced price offer in the next coupe of weeks, then I take the car off the market, make my mods and keep it for ever.

Yes, it is still for sale. I have been traveling for business here in AZ and haven’t had too much time to spend on its sale. There are NY plates on the vehicle because I recently relocated here to AZ and have not yet changed the plates over. I am the second owner. If you do a title search you will probably see me as the third owner. This is because originally I had the vehicle titled to my father in AZ and was going to ship it out there. My move was postponed and I had to register it back in NY and then drive it to AZ. If there is anything else I can help you with please let me know.
Thanks
Glenn

There have only been 2 owners including me. Two of the "owners" are one and the same. I first titled in AZ then back in NY.

FS 2005 E55 Mint $59,600
2005 E55
$59,600
$59,600
After numerous inquires from people asking, “What’s your bottom line? I can’t spend more than $60k.” I’ve decided to post a non-negotiable bottom line. For those looking for a pampered, adult owned, never raced or modified, non-smoker E55, this is undoubtedly the best car you will find. I am so confident that any buyer will be thrilled with his purchase, I will hold the vehicle for 1 week after receiving a $1000 cash or certified check deposit. This will allow the purchaser to physically examine the car or have it examined if he wishes. If not completely satisfied and does not want to complete the purchase, I will completely refund the deposit. I am willing to arrange transportation to and from Tucson airport for any interested parties.

I really fail to understand the relevance of more than 1 owner used is used it has no bearing on value. The most important things are condition, mileage, and options, if it has had 1 owner or 3 the value is the same.

NOT when you go to resell it. People look at these things. A 3 owner car next to a single owner car everything being the same, which do you think will sell? I would definately buy the single owner car, you?

2005 E55 Ownership
After all my years of owning and driving cars, I am amazed how attitudes have change in the buying and owning of cars. I find it scary that so many people put so much faith and importance on what VIN searches and “trails” indicate. To pass on many cars that “the computer” questions, without the prospective buyer ever seeing or driving is quite sad. I have found many erroneous VIN reports that could not be correct because they were not reported to the search company in their allotted time frame. Many people end up buying pieces of junk because a $15 VIN check says everything is OK. People then purchase the car sight unseen. As a result many other “better” cars are passed up. Am I the loser in this scenario? I don’t think so. I have a wonderful car to drive. Someone else who might be looking for such a car misses out. To each his own level of importance.

Nonetheless good luck on your sale, even with that title mixup your car is a great buy at 59,600

Hmm... Good luck with your sale, but I don't understand what's the big deal with '3 owners'. It's sorta like saying, I don't want Jennifer Lopez, she's been married 3 times!
Anyway, I'd rather have a car with '3 owners' that's in good condition, than a car with what appears to be a clean title (with '1 owner') but is in not-so-great condition.
Anyway good luck with your sale, I'm sure someone will gladly take it off your hands -- I wish I could.
