I spent almost 6k for a whole kit, it was not including paint, shipping and instalation.
Scratches? It doesn't matter have scratches or not, no matter what you need to repaint and sand it again.
$1,000 is the best deal that you never get from anywhere.

ML320, Looking for my S4
650 and you have a deal, mainly because i have to get them here, sand them down, get them redone, re painted, and fitted on to my car. all of us know its worn the hell out.. the fins on the side scirt is broken. how the hell you managed to do that is beyond me. give it some consideration. nobody in their right mind is going to pay 1K. also post some more pics, pics of them on the car, more pics of the front bumper, more pics of the rear bumper and the real condition of the side scirts
