I am not in the market for an eclass, but my dad is..... but of course, i show him the best e class ive seen and he goes.... i dont wanna spend so much money on gas..... cant get the 5.5 supercharged v8........... BAH!

huh? You're wrong, there are no 96-99 moulding strips. I got pics of the passenger side somewhere, let me dig some up. they may be older however (showing the car at a different state of mods)

TO BE NOTED: I scuffed the right side of the lip a bit on a sidewalk. It's just clear coat that got taken off along with the clear bra on that spot. I have the bodyshop ready to repair it free of charge along w/ free paint for the trunk lid. I will not do the repairs and trunk lid (EURO SPEC) paint and install. I'll hook you up with the info and you do it yourself. ****, for that price, it wouldnt be worth my time getting through the trouble to do it before the sale. It's minor, but I disclose my ****. I'm also replacing the barrel of the driver side front rim b/c it got bent a bit on a pothole and I want it done clean. So new barrel (which mean new lip). I also just replaced all the brakepads with stoptech pads (the brembos were 3-4 times more and had brakedust like a mother f!). These pads are awesome! I have pratically ZERO brake dust. you wouldnt believe it!

This is a 96-99 W210 with the chrome at the top of the moulding strip
This pic you posted appears to have the 96-99 mouldings

lol weird!! You are absolutely correct. I have no clue why it's so. I would've guessed that the car got hit on the side and it was replaced wrong, but carfax says it's clean and there are no apparent repairs done, so I have absolutely no clue! Oh well!

Keep it man! That W210 is tastefully modded and looks mean (if I was looking for one, and car was flawless, you be surprised how quickly I would pick it for $20K). Trust me, you are going to miss the AMG once you get that...um...Lexus lol. I'm just playing around, Lexus is a reputable marque, but I would stick with the tuned AMG.

No kidding, which does make one rethink the whole sale.....as it happened in the past a couple of times. I really won't be happy to sell for anything less than 25k and for good reasons. I've seen other cars, valued at way less, going for that price...

come on people... 20k is a bargain. for the first time in the history of me, I'm offering a no hassle price. you have 5k in brakes, 4k in tires and wheels, 5k+ in bodywork, 3k+ in sound plus all the little stuff....can't beat that

lol so did my dad. I had to argue with him forever to tell him it was ok to get a V8 coming from a V6. Honestly, the power makes the car much more safer. I can pass people easy and get out of dodge without any problems. Figure if he speeds so much, he wont get good gas mileage, so that's a good incentive to go easy on it haha.
