FS. Brand NEW CARLSSONS $1600 W/tires pics

I have a set of Carlsons that has about 150 miles on them. I purchased them last week. I have not even wiped these down yet. They are 18x9 front and rear the backspacing is ET35 front and et40 rears. They are in absolute MINT condition. Decided to sell the car today. If I do not get anyone interested I will post on EBAY tommorrow morning.

he posted it 18x9 all around which means it's coming off a w210 or 211 or the bigger cars with those offset.

not gonna fit on the C, but you can try. my guess is it will rub on the struts.

He posted that he owned a 03 E500. But looking at the tire size in the pics they are not sized correctly for a W211; should be 245/40-18.

I did own a E500 but I had these on my audi S4 they are hubcentric for the benz and will work on the Class aswell. They are 18x9 all around but the back spacing is ET35 front and ET40 rears, for the staggered look. The tires are Riken and are a division of Michellin.

Interestingly enough that may not be the case: center bore link

doesn't really matter, Carlsson only made those for the MB centerbore. The only reason I said it won't work for the C or CLK is because of the 18x9 width will not work for the front.

Frank...is that specifically for the Carlsson by 9" width due to the offset? because I had Lorinser LM-1's X9 front and X10 rear before with no problem =)

it's mostly the offset. you'll have to get it just right to not rub on the struts and not touch the fender. plus I'm confused by the OP's saying ET35 front and ET40 rear for the staggered look because the rear's gonna tuck in more than the front with those offset.

It wii work. That is why it has diffrent backspacing front and back. On my original post you will see I have ET35 backspacing for the front and ET40 backspacing for the rear. The center Bore is for a Mercedes Benz. I used hubrings to put them on Audi.

No offense, but why is it that so many people on these boards spend lots of money to get very nice wheels, but then get cheap tires? I understand that people who take their cars to the track go through tires fast and that is fine, but I saw someone a while back spend $4000+ on 20" 3-pc forged wheels, then put Hankook tires on them.

Why buy expensive tires that only last about 10K miles just for everyday driving? My last two set of 20" P-zero tires lasted of just 10K miles per set. Those tires didn't even have the rating on it, that just to tell you how bad it were. I bet the tread wear rating is less then 120 on those P-zero tires. Now I'm running on a brand new set tread wear rating of 320.

I don't think your Camry would use $1000 a set of tires every time, or does it?

Yes, I do. I have 19" x 8.5" Axis Milano wheels w/245/40/19 tires, usually Michelin or Bridgestones, currently Michelins.
