$45,000, I think is a fair offer. I just found a 2003 E55 for $41,000 with up to 100K or until 2010 warranty on Yahoo.com. I'm having second thought about the Slk 55 now since the E55 is so cheap.

Reasonable price is not based on what one think it should be. The used cars market is what determined what is reasonable.
Here's what I found on Autotrade.com
Slk 55:
1) $48K with 25k miles.
2) $51K with only 1400 miles.
Slk 350:
1) Found 7 cars prices range from $36K-$39K !!

Yup, and I'm also trying to sell my 2001 CL 55 too. My best offer were
$27K !! How can a $125,000 worth the same price as a used C-class?
Can you imagine when the SLK 63 come out and what it will do to used SLK 55 market?
