FS: Falken Azenis RT-615 Tires
Selling a brand new set of (4) Falken RT-615's in size: 245 40 18 and 275 35 18's. These have never been mounted. Had many sets of extra tires for the car. This tire is a good all around performance tire for daily driving, but not a true competitive R compound tire for racing. $500.00 for the set of four, shipped. PM me if interested.

Like surgery, you never want to see just what the doctor does until its finished. Roll, trim plastic, roll, move screw holding bumper, roll somemore, cut and grind a lot of plastic, pull out lips by hand because rolling doesn't work, grind more...and then just hit the crap out of the fenders with a mallet 'till they fit! Oh, and don't forget the heat gun so you don't crack the paint. It has been an interesting process fitting tires on my C32. The RENNtech's are a common 9.5" wheel with an offset of 36mm. 255's were never a problem. Some manufacturer's 265's fit, while others did not. A little rolling and trimming here and there made all these 265's work. 275's were a challenge, and to make matters worse, 275 NT-01's are extremely large, have rounded sidewalls, and no curb protector bead. These are like 285+ in street tires. With a lot of patience (not really) we made them fit. And to be honest, you can't tell that we pounded and rolled the fenders. They look clean, straight and have nicely agressive "pulled out" fenders. The RT-615 are narrower than the Nittos and our test fitment had a lot more space to play with, almost not requiring any additional pounding like needed on the Nittos. PM me if anyone wants to know further details.
