No it won't... just a clarification. The way the hangers are won't work, plus I believe the tubing is larger on the W209s. It should have the specific model labled on the top of the muffler.
It's also a loud exaust... depending on the engine you have. If you want to compare it's slightly quieter than a Cobra/Mustang GT with a cat back exaust. It will definately get noticed, but it's a nice throaty sound... not like a fart pipe. I've had many compliments by fellow enthusiasts. To the normal person, it may sound a bit obnoxious.
