i have a silver car with carbon fiber rear and upper spoiler and carbon fiber mirrors too. look up my past post for pics. i was going to put the euro insert in too but did not want to spend time removing the one i have. i current have a silver euro insert.

You should keep it. CF looks awesome on silver, plus with all you have already, it will really tie it all together.

You need to take the trunk liner off, and i forgot if there were screws or clips holding it in place. The silver one i am using i had to add some 3m tape too so secure it better, also had to drill new holes for the US plates.

The smoked Vinyl sheets. Comes with install instructions. They are precut. The bottom pic shows an extra piece, that is actually the other sheet for the other tailight.
