I cannot tell if they are EXACTLY the same, but yes they are adjustable. I suggest you contact the GB contact person on the link I provided and he can find out for sure.

Tirerack doesn't list the Koni part numbers, but yes these are the ones.

c32 & 330i

I am interested, Do they fit the C32 , if they do, what is the ride comparing to the C32 stock shocks. What is the best shock and spring combo that I can go with these Koni shocks?

Yes, they have fitments for the W203 (C32). As for the ride, they are adjustable so they can be similar to stock up to way too stiff for street use. Because they are adjustable, you can use any of the common springs (H&R, Vogtland, Eibach, etc...)
