Genuine Lorinser muffler removed from a 2002 C320 on a leaser return. Only 8k miles on muffler. In excellent condition. Lorinser part# 490203402. CECwheels charges $1600 + shipping for a new one. No offense, but what do you expect to get it out of it? Anything over 600 screams: New Eisenmann.... Plus, isn't it just a Remus with tips?

To be honest, I never hoped to get anything out of it and bought it for my own car, based on a description from a friend. The custom bends on the two out-pipes don't look right with my car and the welds are super-thick and would be very difficult to re-adjust. (He said he thought the tips came straight out from the muffler but they actually slant a bit for the W203 hanging points so it will only look straight on a W203.) I called CEC and read them the part number and they said it is $1600 + shipping, new. Somebody who is serioulsy looking for a genuine Lorinser muffler probably already knows that. This muffler is only 6 months old and in perfect condition. I think my price is pretty fair. I can be negotiable, but not $300 negotiable.
