If that is the new style that is a great deal. Because they are rare here in SOCAL they go for a lot more..
Then, what price you think it is fair ?
Then again, if you let me borrow it for free, I would consider that extremely fair.
Hard to say, but a potential buyer would likely see that the estimated value of a private party sale comes in closer to $63k I think. It is a 2003, right?

In today's San Diego Union Tribune a 2004 E55 AMG is going for 95K. Not a lot of miles,,
My E55 arrived last month. The dealer gave me a heads up telling it will be arrive in a week, but never told me when it hit the showroom.
I was either out of town or got busy and was unable to call the dealer. A week later I was checking my credit card statement and I saw a credit for $1000 from the dealer.
I did not call him back because I was so pissed that he refused to call me when the car had arrived. The car is in demand, so it went (probably for higher than MSRP) faster than you can say 'unethical dealer'. So I got lazy, and lost my spot.
I am not too angry about it as I was not going to keep the car, and I am also selling my E500. Oh well...
