The car is in Arroyo Grande, CA (Central Coastal CA). I would like to get 4K for it. I have it at the shop now, getting points & plugs.

You sure its a 64? or 74?

I don't think 64 has auto yet and 300... it looks like a W108 to me... 65-73

Yeah, I'm sure it's a 64. 4 speed auto, air suspension. Top of the line for that year.

I still have the car if anyone is interested. I've had a couple of tire kickers leading me on for months, so it's time for someone who really wants it to come forward. I want it to go to a good home, but I don't have room for it anymore. Price is $3500.00.
