"sender units"? what are they for?

 

I am not really sure, my dad told me to buy this part and when he opened it he said it was the wrong part (not mb fault, got the wrong item #) and on the invoice it said no return on elec. parts. So now here I am trying to sell this, wasted money becuase he didnt double check part #. You could probably check with Mercedes if you are really interested in buying or i can do that for you, that is if youre interested.
