We picked up our first Mercedes this weekend. Even though Tonka brown has not been showing as available on the CLE AMG 53 Cabriolet for quite a while, it appears that some are sneaking through. I'm in the process of trying to learn all of the technology.

I haven't had a chance to clean it up from the long drive home, but here are a few that the dealer had posted. I am very impressed with the carbon fiber on the dash, we had originally been planning on getting the natural wood. It has a lot more depth than the Lexus RCF that we had a few years go. I added a quick picture of it. The Tonka brown interiors have not been showing as available for many months on the AMG cabrio, but it appears a few are being produced.
I noticed the headrests on the cabs seem thicker than the ones on coupes? I wonder if that's to accommodate the neck warmers? In any case, they do seem quite thick and wonder if it pushes your head forward, which can make you uncomfortable.

This is my first Mercedes, so I don't have any to compare them to. I can say there is a long range of travel and they will go way far away from your head. I can also say the air scarf put out a significant amount of heat. Somewhere I had seen that they increased the flow with the CLE.

So the headrest can move forward and backward in addition to up and down?

Yes. The controls on the door move it up and down. You grab the headrest on the sides with each hand behind your head and squeeze to move it in and out. I haven't measured, but it moves several inches.
