So I have 28/32 of the digital extras activated via my 12 month complimentary Mercedes Me subscription. The digital extras that are not activated are streaming music, internet radio, in-car app pass and augmented radio. I also get this message when I click on more info but the “warning is too vague,” for me to fully understand if my hardware is the issue
“Due to the hardware installed at the factory, the following Digital Extras are not available for your vehicle:
TETRIS®:
Sound Experience;
Radio Service Following;
Video Streaming”
I assume I have all the hardware needed as my Cle53 build date is 8/24 and no build items were omitted due to chip shortage.
Did you get a reply as to why those specific digital extras were not available?
Asked local dealership and they were clueless. Why would i buy this vehicle that does not have access to In-app store, Video or Audio streaming??

Not all services apply to all models and some services are discontinued, so they are just there for existing subscriptions, but don't get added to new subscriptions. Once all existing subscriptions with those discontinued services have expired, the service will disappear altogether. You are not missing any hardware. Those services just don't apply to your model. Since I have an older car, I only have 13/33 digital extras.

Here is the message I received when I checked to see what digital extras were available for my car.
Now, I know why I cannot access Amazon Music App in On Line Music or APPS.
