How much did you pay for the Wheel and Tire warranty (CLE53 - Y Spoke Black)?
As the title says, what’re the numbers you ended up paying for the Wheel and Tire warranty for the CLE53 with Black Y Spoke wheels? Also the duration of the warranty and if there are any deductibles, etc.

I said, "no thank you" and walked away from that.
You can better ROI just keeping your money elsewhere and self insuring should a curbed rim or a tire have issues.
Are you asking to compare after the fact, or shop before you try and purchase the insurance/warranty package?
I don't think it matters what wheel you have either - they just try to push that on you sometime in the purchasing experience.

And depending on the price your ROI can be crazy. Also regardless of the price, you will have a positive ROI. These tires go after any pothole at a decent speed. Getting a free tow to the dealer alone pays for itself. God forbid you crack a rim, that’s $2k right there plus a tire because the tire usually is warped at that point too.
Anyway, again, trying to see what other’s paid so I know how much room I have to negotiate.

When I used to buy it I could usually negotiate about 25 percent off their initial price quoted. Now I just don’t bother. Curb rashes are fairly cheap to repair. And I just go to discount tire to purchase their tire replacement program usually at price of just over 1 tire that covers all 4 tires. I guess there is a risk of cracking a rim but that would be extremely rare. I’ve owned a crap load of cars over the last 25 years and never needed a rim replacement.

We picked up a CLE 53 today in DFW area. Paid $2k flat for 60 month unlimited mile premium tire and wheel. Initially agreed to $2,300. When papers came back from finance we got T&W for $2k and $300 for FOB replacement so rolled with it...

My issue with the “premium” tire and wheel coverage is that it apparently includes a “right to repair” instead of replacing a rim that has cosmetic damage.
We took it out on my wife’s GLC, and after she hit a curb, the rash was repaired. You really can’t tell a repair has been made, so all is good. If her rims were black, i think the repair would be more noticeable.
