Upgraded CLE53 brake pads/fluid anyone?
I heard just upgrading the pads and fluid would help a lot. What you guys think?

If my memory serves me right, theAMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package
A $2,000 Option
AMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package
- Dynamic engine mounts
- Red-painted brake calipers
- RACE and Drift modes
It's a performance brake enhancer, uncertain if the dealer will let you install those pads as a replacement, assuming calipers are of the same configuration.

"The Dynamic Plus Package adds red-painted calipers (with AMG lettering) versus the standard silver-painted ones. Multiple independent reviews, owner reports (including 2025/2026 vehicles), and official Mercedes press materials confirm that the underlying brake hardware is identical on all CLE53 AMGs:
.
- Front: 14.6 x 1.4-inch (370 x 36 mm) perforated/ventilated discs with 4-piston fixed calipers.
- Rear: 14.2 x 1.0-inch (360 x 26 mm) ventilated discs with single-piston floating calipers.
The package does not include larger rotors, 6-piston calipers, composite rotors, or any other hardware changes on the CLE53 (unlike some other AMG models such as the E53). Early quick-reference guides and some initial forum posts listed 15.4-inch rotors with 6-piston calipers for the package, but these appear to have been copy-paste errors from other platforms or pre-production docs—actual tested cars and 2025+ owners confirm the same 4-piston setup, just painted red. Because the calipers and rotors are physically the same (only the paint differs), the brake pads are necessarily the same part and the same friction-material composition. Mercedes does not offer (or need) a different pad compound for the “performance” look.

The OEM front brake pad set is consistently listed as 000-421-54-02 (also referenced as A0004215402) across official Mercedes-Benz parts catalogs, dealer sites, and fitment data for all 2024–2026 CLE53 AMG coupe and cabriolet models. This single part number appears in the front-wheel-brake diagrams for the CLE53 AMG on mbparts.mbusa.com (and equivalent dealer EPC-style listings) with no branching or separate PN for vehicles equipped with the Dynamic Plus Package. No unique or alternate front-pad part number shows up in searches of Mercedes parts databases, aftermarket cross-references, or forums for the upgraded package".

My original belief that the optional front calipers were different (six piston), based on the official MBZ Quick Reference Guide and numerous reviews from reputable publications, proved wrong. My last post on the subject is linked below - was planning a follow-up after the dealership provided the confirming XENTRY Parts Information for my CLE53 equipped with the optional Dynamic Plus Package. Subsequent research showed that the same four piston front calipers are common to all CLE53 model years regardless of the option. Still have a half dozen reviews clipped parroting the six piston caliper claim from the MBZ Quick Reference Guide and early configurator representations.
