Self Maint. Questions for Routine CLK Tasks

I have the following malfunctions and wanted to doublecheck to make sure I don't screw anything when I take care of them.

1. Lamp Malfunction - My right fog light is out
I bought 2 Hella H1 bulbs and will replace both of the fog lamps (and will not touch the bulbs with my bare hands).
Check?

2. Coolant Low Malfunction
I bought 1 gallon MB Antifreeze Agent. Will pour half Antifreeze Agent, half water in to coolant reservoir.
Check?

3. Washer Fluid Low Malfunction
Will buy *standard* washer fluid and pour in to reservoir.
Check?

Check wherethe coolant went, it just doesnt evaporate. Maybe a malfunctioning level sender on the expansion tank. It shoudl be filled to the black line at the top of the caseing where it switches from transparent to black.
