Where can I buy a Wood Shiftknob?

I think I will ask my wife for a Wood/Leather shift knob for Fathers' day. Can anyone point me to a good one online?

I didn't find anything I liked on ebay.

Wood shift knob

If you decide to order one from your dealer make sure it is the correct part number for your model year. When I tried to buy one for my MY 2001 there was some question as to whether the OEM unit would fit since MB indicated it would fit up to, I think, MY 1999. The parts department thought it might be due to a design change, but I didn't want to order a roughly $100 part to find that it didn't fit and could not be returned. If your parts department can get one for you please post the part number. Thanks.

If you are not doing a direct replacement of a part, your MB dealer is the last place you should go. It may appear that they should be more knowledgeable about MB cars, but I have found that with no exception, MB dealers know very little about MB cars except to directly replace, not repair, a malfunctioning part. Some have such limited knowledge about the cars they sell, it is scary. Dissappointing.
