E320's. Let 'em, know you won't have it any other way. I told my dealership that if they didn't give me a comparable car I would stop buying them there. If you buy a lexus, they ALWAYS give you a lexus. Benz can do that for us...

I'm under 25. Not sure why you were denied.

What I was told was if your'e under 21 then you can't get an MB. Otherwise, you should be able to get a loaner as long as you show your insurance card. I was told this at MB Fletcher Jones.
