What color are the rear speaker wires??
I'm trying to add a subwoofer in the trunk, and I need to tap into the rear speakers to feed the amp. But the factory speakers are upside down, so the speaker wires are not visible/accessible from the trunk. I started to take apart the hat shelf inside the car to try and get a peak at the wires, but I didn't get very far and it looks like it would be a royal pain to take that hat shelf out. So I'm hoping that one of the fine members of MB World can tell me the colors of the speaker wires that I need to tap into. There is a cluster of 7 wires coming down from the hat shelf into the trunk on the right side, and I suspect that those are the speaker wires. But I don't know which wire is which. Can anyone help me out (and save me a ton of work)?? Thanks!

Try pulling the left (driver side) trunk panel, that is where the amp is located and you will be able to trace the speaker leads leaving the stock amp that go up to the rear deck area, those are your rear speaker wires.
