Why The CLK??
Why the CLK? What is the biggest reason you have purchased or plan to purchase a CLK? Without stating the obvious of the 3 pointed star on the hood. Not that there's anything wrong with that. (c) Seinfeld

Besides the new 6 series, its the hottest coupe out right now... the infiniti g35 has its perks and ditto to the Z... but the CLK is just beautiful
I am talkin about the 208 only... I would take a G35 over a 209 clk unless its a 55...

Yeah the 6 series is a definitely heavy in the game. I fell in love with the CLK because of its Bubble Eyes and the timeless design. It's kinda of old and new at the same time. it looks good at any angle. Even the back looks hot with the red and white tailights, day or night.

if were talking about 208s or 209s they both have their qualities personally i have a 209 and i would mostly for looks, quality of the ride, not the most common car on the block.
sure its a mercedes, but that wasnt one of the main reasons i just liked the whole package it had to offer (at a reasonable price too)

it looks good, C-coupes just aren't my thing... and SL/CL is way out of the price range...
I wouldn't say it is a compromise either, as the CLK is an awesome looking car (W208 only)

i got one because you can get them CHEAP used, TONS of bang for the buck. They're easily modded, and look amazing. Its great because when people give me crap for driving a nice car and being so young (20), i can respond, well, if you're driving a new Honda, Chevy, whatever, you probably paid more than i did.

that just makes me sad thinking about how much it would be when i decide to sell the car...
altho, I think I'm gonna keep the car until around 100K... 45K so far..
