however, i'm sure you can go about finding a used/damaged assembly (broken mounting tabs) and switch the covers... it will take some work, but, it can be done...

i just figure, maybe he got a nasty gash or scratch on his lens... and would be cheaper to just buy a light with a busted tab or something and swap covers... of course, its no easy job to do it, but, it can definitely be done...

the oven is the fast method of doing it, but be VERY careful because too much heat and it will deform the light...
a safe route would be to just use a blow dryer... its a little slower, but, just as effective... done it several times on various headlights

200 degrees is more than enough... 150 is good enough to do the job, and more than enough to be effective... just in case anyone ever wants to try it for themselves...
anything in the middle would be a fair compromise as well...
how do you like the overall projector effect? i have been thinking about doing the same...
i've had a set of bi-xenon projectors sitting arround just waiting for me to put them in.. been sitting in my office for like 2 yrs now... maybe i should start putting it together soon :d

I aimed them when I got home and made my wife drive around the block to scope the look. It was there.......The much coveted "blue flicker"..... worth doing the mod alone imho. With bi-xenons you'd have 2 sets of high beams 
. There is a guy on HIDPlanet named zam2000 who did a bi-xenon (LS430) install in his Eclass....He can light up 5 lanes of highway!!! Edit:
After reading old email zam actually did not use bi-xenons and I'm thinking you would need a switch to activate the high beams unless they can be spliced into the present high beam configuration........Dude, it would look like the Close Encounters mothership with those suckers blazing together.....Go for it!

Im just sick of my headlights looking all brownish yellow, i heard that some guys on mustang forums have the same problem and have a good cleaner that eats off the oxidation, but TOGWT also said on the detailing forums that if they're oxidized thru the plastic, nothing will help.
