yes... i installed a set of those in my friend's W202, and it worked out great... plug-n-play, with no bulb out error...
My only suggestion is to step it down to at max a 6000K... 8000K won't be very bright and cause a lot of glare...

the only concern you should take into consideration is where to mount the ballast & igniter... they are both pretty small, so, should be able to fit almost anywhere... but, if not, you'll need to remove the headlight to mount it underneath the light or somewhere on the frame...
