Post Replica Carlsson bodykit

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. Is this bodykit made well from autoblz.com? Any fitment issues? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

I have the newer generation GPFRP bodykit from autoblz, there was really no problem with the fitment. My bodyshop just had a small problem with the sides, but it was no biggy.

hi buddy! nice car you have.thnx for showing up your car!
yes I believe that by deveolping GPFRP materials, our company can minimalize the fittment issues.

well, at the moment we are still developing the PUR(polyurethane)bodykits for W208 RS kits.
its still undedevelopment,trial and errors..
we will post the PUR kits once all the problems are been solve.

once again.thank you very much for uploading your car pics in this forum and enjoy your car buddy!

Best Regards

that is the old material called FRP..but now is been replaced with GPFRP.
ive seen alots of problems on FRP materials...thats why we are developing the GPFRP material for Carlsson RS kits.

we are not producing any FRP kits anymore...ONLY GPFRP are available.

thnx

GPFRP help alot in the fitment quality
i will be making a thread on the W209 Section for the kits
i expect hastle free fitment from this material

likewise , i always feel that if you guys are purchasing replica
do not expect 100% pure fitment

Wing's West makes a polyurethane kit for the NSX and the side skirts sag after a certain amount of time. Have you tested the kit on the CLK for this problem?

nothing was wrong with the side skirts, because I didn't put them on yet hehe... The sides of the front bumper wouldn't fit flush with the fender, so my bodyshop had to do their thing to fix it. They told me it wasn't a big deal, with these knock off kits it can get alot worse.

EDIT: but these GPFRP kits are thin as F*CK... Almost paper thin. I dunno how think the older ones were, but these are really thin.....

the older FRP version is very HARD(stiff).cant compare the GPFRP version.

GPFRP materials thinner, stronger, solid, durable and easy to adjust.
the materials can be push without breaking the kits(certain angles)

FRP:very hard to install the kits, easily chip off.

well hope the GPFRP material can minimalize the fittment problems from the older version of FRP.
