If you're simply looking for an aftermarket TV tuner (No name brand) that can be hooked up to any RCA input, you can get something like this:

Otherwise, if you want something that will work through the RGB connection of your headunit, then you'll have to buy one fromt he same manufacturer.

I already have a means of replacing the TV tuner in any car with COMAND 2.0 it just depends on whether TV is actually needed.
