ABS. BAS. and ESP lights.....

ABS. BAS. and ESP lights.....
For about 6 months now... every now and then, my car will throw the ABS,BAS,ESP lights when i would step on the brakes and get it in gear...the brake lights wouldnt come on, and the traction control didnt work. today, i finally got tired of it and took it in the shop to have it checked out. turns out that the brake switch was bad. replaced for $14.95 at mercedes. it cost me $290.00 to install the damn thing.... total with tax came out to $306.26!!!! sometimes i wish i had a honda... o yeh! i dont know if you guys know but there is a recall on the harmonic balancer.. whatever that is.... turns out that mine was OK.. just wanted to share how rediculous the labor rate is for our cars....
