Xenon bulb flickering

She's on, she's off. She flickers, then dims, turns off, then turns back on...maybe she's putting on a show for me, or just trying to **** me off. Whatever, she's accomplishing the latter.

Anyway, is this a sighn of the bulb going out, wiring problem or ballast going out?

She's an OEM phillips 4300K bulb. Retrofitted.

in my honda accord...when i had the HID in there....some dirt got into the connector and caused it to flicker.....its worth a shot to blow out the socket with some air and put it back in....

I think I might do that. It's been raining here (seattle) for 35+ days straight and my car has been acting strange ever since. Maybe moisture or mud...I'll check it out.
